The
necessity of the hearings conduction according to the People´s Deputies is
caused by the problem of strategic development basis of the finance sector of
Ukraine.
In the course of the meeting it was declared that "the basic doctrinal document that defines the basis of the finance markets development in Ukraine is the Conception of Functioning and Development of Stock Market in Ukraine, adopted by the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from 22 September 1995."
Having analyzed the Conception, the People´s Deputies are convinced that certain number of its principles is still not implemented.
The Committee deems it necessary to conduct the discussion of the urgent issues in this sphere, with the participation of the People´s Deputies of Ukraine, representatives of the state power bodies, business, experts and public organizations to elaborate common conceptual position regarding the improvement of the legislative system that regulates capital markets in Ukraine.
